Problem Note 40437: "Information map cannot be found" is displayed in the SAS® Customer Intelligence Plug-in for SAS® Management Console
The SAS Customer Intelligence Plug-in for SAS Management Console enables you to enter the path to an information map that you want to use with SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio. To enter the path using the Plug-in, go to Administration Resources ► Information Map Metadata .
However, if you use a backslash (\) in the folder path, then you receive a warning indicating that the information map cannot be found.
To avoid this problem, use a forward slash (/) rather than a backslash when you enter the path in the Plug-in.
